LZ Family Apt. Nº 7

Ramat Gan

This renewed apartment is located in a tower in Ramat Gan. The starting point was to change the suite unifying the closet room (which was very minimal) and the suite bathroom into a big bathroom, where a closet and an integrated pocket door create the separation from the bedroom.

An extra closet was built in the “mamad” to leave space for a small home office area.

The main request of our client was to have a proper well finished suite, were they can feel as if they were in a hotel.

Well, the bathroom has a “wet area” where a shower and a stand-alone bathtub are together, closed by a beautiful Belgium wall. A central wide part where two sinks and a separate toilet defines the whole unit.

The closet between these two spaces gives service to both sides.

Another interesting point was the kitchen. Making simple movements, we managed to increase considerably the working surface by making the high cabinets towards the end. Then, one side is the cooking area and the other side, facing the Park Hayarkon, the cleaning area.

Combining with the properly materials we have defined this cozy apartment.
